Thank you for choosing Stockburst Analytics Pty (Ltd) (“StockBurst”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information we process when you use our website, application, integrations, plugins, and related services.
This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, how long we keep it, and what rights you may have. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@stockburst.co.za.
This Privacy Policy applies to:

- business address;
- billing and subscription information;
- user roles and permissions;

Product, inventory, order, and customer information
StockBurst is an inventory, sales-channel, and ecommerce management service. To provide the service, we may process business and operational data from your connected sales channels, including:
- product names, descriptions, SKUs, barcodes, images, prices, dimensions, categories, and listing status;
- stock quantities, stock movements, warehouse information, inbounds, picking lists, write-offs, adjustments, and related audit records;
- sales orders, order numbers, order status, order dates, line items, quantities, refunds, returns, fees, and fulfilment information;

WooCommerce Connector plugin information
If you install and connect the StockBurst Connector plugin for WooCommerce, the plugin helps connect your WooCommerce store to StockBurst. The plugin does not send setup or health data to StockBurst until an authorised WooCommerce user enters a StockBurst setup code, confirms consent, and connects the store.
During setup and health checks, the plugin may send the following information to StockBurst:
- your WooCommerce store URL;
- WordPress version;
- WooCommerce version;
- PHP version;
- StockBurst Connector plugin version;
- generated WooCommerce API consumer key and secret;
- webhook delivery URL, webhook topics, webhook status, and webhook health counts;
- connection status, health status, and the latest integration error message, if any.
After connection, WooCommerce may send configured webhook events to StockBurst, including product, order, and customer events. These webhook payloads may include personal information required for StockBurst workflows, such as customer names, contact details, delivery details, order line items, order status, and related WooCommerce metadata.
Integration credentials
To connect external services, we may store API keys, secrets, tokens, webhook secrets, store URLs, and similar credentials that you provide or authorise us to create. We use these credentials only to provide the integration services you enable.

When you use our website or application, we may automatically collect technical information such as:
- IP address;
- browser type and version;
- device type;
- operating system;
- pages visited;
- date and time of access;
- log files, error logs, and diagnostic information.
We use this information to operate, secure, monitor, and improve our services.

When you connect a third-party platform such as WooCommerce, Takealot, or another marketplace, your use of that platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms and privacy policy.
5. WooCommerce, Webhooks, And API Updates
StockBurst may receive data from WooCommerce through API calls and webhook events after you connect your WooCommerce store. This allows StockBurst to show Woo orders, update stock, sync listing information, monitor integration health, and perform workflows selected by the user.
StockBurst may also send updates back to WooCommerce when enabled, such as stock updates, price updates, listing updates, order status updates, or other permitted changes. These updates depend on the settings chosen by the StockBurst user.
You can disconnect WooCommerce from StockBurst by disabling the integration in StockBurst, removing or disabling the WooCommerce webhooks, revoking the WooCommerce API keys, or uninstalling the StockBurst Connector plugin.
6. Customer Data From Your Sales Channels
If you connect a sales channel to StockBurst, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to share relevant customer, order, product, and fulfilment data with StockBurst for the purpose of providing the service.
StockBurst processes this data on your behalf so that you can manage inventory, orders, fulfilment, reporting, and connected-channel workflows.
